Pitchforks... What he's looking for is not to be found
in so many words, but if one googles "sixteen words"
and follows up that search with a search of the 2001 SOU,
and George Tenets connection to it, here's what you can
easily extract from the readings;
1. Bush said he wasn't responsible for those 16 words
getting into his SOU, he refused to tell us who was.
2. George Tenet stepped forward to take the blame
for letting those words get in, Bush then said he
considered that admission to be the end of the matter.
3. Reporters, examining the records discover that
George Tenet had warned Bush, in October of the
previous year, that the information was "questionable"
and that it should not be used because it was "unreliable".
4. Bush, finally admitted that he put that statement back in,
even though he'd been warned not to use it!
In anyone's "book" that's lying!!! Of course, the media
let the matter drop and never bothered to call Bush on it.

In any event, even when Mike Smith is confronted
with the facts and evidence, he still fails to understand
it, and he still will continue to deny it. No one takes him
serously anymore, and they only reply to him when they
want to get something off their chests, otherwise his
